IT Support Engineer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 1 - 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field ICT / Computer
Duties & Responsibilities
ERP IT Support:
- Process and validate assets and hardware.
- Complete auditing of physical hardware / inventory management
- Processing Audit Controls for various systems: Badge access, Active Directory & Floor Seating Software
- Field and log all basic trouble tickets and service requests through ticketing portal.
- Assist with support and repair of desktop and laptop computers, printers, telephones, and mobile devices.
- Assist with configuring and distributing new desktop and laptop computers.
- Process hardware earmarked for destruction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in a relevant field with 1 - 3 years experience.
