Description

• As part of our ongoing efforts to safeguard our digital assets and customer data, we are seeking an experienced IT and E-Business Personnel with a strong background in cybersecurity to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard our organization's digital assets and mitigate cyber threats.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze security incidents, investigate security breaches, and implement corrective actions to enhance our security posture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the design and implementation of IT systems and e-business processes.
• Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and best practices to proactively address potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on cybersecurity matters, including training sessions and awareness campaigns.
• Act as a liaison with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies on cybersecurity-related issues and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT and e-business roles, with a focus on cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, endpoint protection, encryption, would be a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
