    IT Specialist

    Responsibilities:

    • Installing new software and hardware components.
    • Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
    • Assisting with network administration tasks.
    • Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
    • Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
    • Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
    • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization’s computer network. 

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience using technology to drive financial inclusion for businesses.
    • Must have experience in digital and social media marketing, with good knowledge of coding.
    • Must also have experience in e-commerce, designing online payments platform, and in designing and maintaining websites.   
    • Professional certification (e.g. CCNS, CISSP, MCSE) will be a plus.
    • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
    • Personable, professional demeanor.

    Chef

    JOB DESCRIPTION – CHEF

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
    • Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
    • Overseeing all kitchen operations.
    • Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
    • Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
    • Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
    • Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
    • Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
    • Keeping up to date with industry trends.
    • Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Culinary school degree/diploma (is a plus)
    • Minimum of 3 years’ culinary experience, with specific experience in preparing meals for the elderly.
    • Must have knowledge of what a three-course meal is, and an understanding of the concept of a balanced diet.
    • Must be able to cook both local and intercontinental dishes.
    • Exemplary work ethic in a high-pressure environment.
    • Passion and pride for delighting people with food.
    • A female candidate would be preferred.
