    IT Analyst

    Job Description

    • Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
    • Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions
    • Keep abreast of technology trends and developments
    • Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations).

    Person Specification

    • B.Sc / M.Sc / MBA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
    • Candidate must have minimum of 3-5 years proven experience as an IT
    • Analyst and must be currently working in a financial instituition or consulting firm.
    • Candidate must have experience in mobile App building and customization,automation and IT infrastructure.
    • Candidate must be in active employment at the date of recruitment and must have stayed in current employment for not less than 1 year.

    Bank Receptionist

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our client’s front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

    Person Specification

    • Bachelor’s degree with a commerce background or in finance or sales.
    • Computer Literacy
    • Basic financial details.
    • Current proven 3-5 years’ work experience as a Receptionist in a financial institution.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
    • Professional attitude and appearance
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
    • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Customer service attitude

    Skills and Specifications:

    • Provide Wealth Management service to clients which include, Wealth & Estate Planning, Trust, Financial Planning, Strategy, etc.
