This role is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, stores administration, or stock control within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records within the company’s ERP and inventory management systems.
• Record and monitor all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, and returns.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations.
• Perform cycle counts and participate in scheduled physical inventory counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and support timely resolution.
• Monitor stock levels and report items approaching reorder points.
• Verify inventory documentation and ensure all transactions are properly authorized and recorded.
• Track inventory movement between warehouses, production departments, and storage locations.
• Support receiving, warehousing, and dispatch activities by verifying quantities and product details.
• Generate inventory reports and provide accurate inventory information to management.
• Ensure proper labeling, identification, traceability, and storage of materials and products.
• Support inventory audits and compliance activities.
• Maintain organized storage locations and good housekeeping standards.
• Adhere to company safety, inventory control, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

Education

• HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience

• 0–4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, stores management, stock administration, or a related role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming materials, spare parts, consumables, and finished goods.
• Ensure all received items match purchase orders, delivery notes, and system records.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage locations for efficient retrieval and safe handling.
• Store materials and products according to established warehouse standards and safety requirements.
• Issue materials to production departments based on approved requests and documentation.
• Prepare, verify, and coordinate the dispatch of finished goods and materials according to approved orders.
• Maintain accurate records of all receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, slow-moving items, or storage concerns.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical stock-taking exercises.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Ensure proper labeling, identification, and traceability of materials and finished products.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping standards.
• Support inventory audits and compliance activities.
• Adhere to all company health, safety, and security procedures.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Inventory Control, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and customer order fulfilment.

Requirements:

Education
