• Receive, store and issues goods with appropriate requisition forms
• Fulfil purchase orders
• Record and track stock levels accurately

• 2-4 years experience
• Enjoy clerical duties

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport food products to designated locations.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
• Load and unload food products from the delivery vehicle, ensuring that products are handled carefully and delivered in good condition.
• Maintain communication with dispatch or logistics team to update on delivery status, route changes, or delays.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and comply with safety and operational standards.
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays to management immediately.
• Maintain proper documentation and delivery records, including invoices and delivery confirmations.
• Assist in warehouse duties, such as packing, labeling, and organizing goods when not on delivery.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies regarding driving and delivery practices.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any concerns or issues in a polite and professional manner.
• Any other duties assigned by the management.
