    Inventory & Accounting Officer

    Location: Yaba, Lagos

    Job Profile

    • He/She will be responsible for the financial management functions of the company especially those related to the collection, recording, analysis and presentation of the organization's financial operations.

    Requirments

    • B.Sc / HND equivalent in Accountancy and/or Professional qualification related to the position applied for
    • 2-3 years related work experience is acceptable.
    • Excellent IT skills especially the extensive use of Microsoft Excel for Financial Record Keeping and Data Analysis
    • Ability to use Accounting Softwares such as Quickbooks and Familiarity with ERP is an added advantage.
    • Undertake all annual corporate fillings – Tax returns, NAFDAC, SON, Bank reconciliation, etc
    • Solid Inventory Management, Internal Control and Record Keeping Skills
    • Ability to multitask and key into Organization's goals in a way that aligns to candidate's personal growth and long term career objectives.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (THIS IS CRUCIAL).
    • Attention to Detail and Social/ Emotional Intelligence
    • Excellent Organizational and Interpersonal Skills.

    Social Media Officer

    Job Description

    • Facebook, Instagram and Twitter Pages and Website Handler.

    Responsibilities

    • To respond to Customers' messages promptly and in a professional manner.
    • To manage sales through our Pages and other types of posts.
    • To respond promptly to comments that require feedback.
    • To moderate posts and comments.
    • To monitor trends, create catchy designs and write trendy posts to promote the Company’s Products and Services
    • To Perform customer service duties through our Social Media Pages
    • To perform other related duties as required by the business.
    • The Instagram, Twitter, Facebook Pages & our Website are like office branches, and the handler would coordinate and look after them.
    • Creat short storytelling videos for Insta and Facebook Stories on Company’s Pages

    Requirements

    • Must have an excellent command of English Language, both written and verbal.
    • Must be social media savvy, fast and be able to multitask.
    • Must have some post-secondary education.
    • Must have a minimum of 6 months relevant experience.
    • Must be able to use simple designs tools like CANVA.
    • Ideal candidate must have the skill of Confidentiality and know how to be discreet.
