    Internal Auditor

    Description

    • Manages and leads entire audit assignment process including detailed planning of audit assignments, audit testing and reporting in accordance with Internal Audit methodology.
    • Ensures that audit assignments are focused on key risks areas and are performed efficiently and within time and expense budgets
    • Documents audit findings and drafts audit reports, ensuring that audit issues are communicated and resolved as early as possible. Obtains necessary approvals of final reports before issue.
    • Immediately reports significant findings which could adversely affect the Bank’s assets and/or reputation.
    • Holds audit Committee meetings
    • Assists EXCO and Internal Control in establishing the audit universe, risk assessment and annual audit plan.

    Risk Management Officer

    Description

    • Participates in the development of the corporation's plans and programs.
    • Develops and communicates financial vision and strategy.
    • Directs preparation of annual operating and business fiscal plans (budgets).
    • Develops financial forecasts and monitors financial health, monitoring guardrails around financial commitments.
    • Works with the business to optimize business performance and planning.

    Cash Collection Officer

    Job Description

    • Reviewing the company debtor list.
    • Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
    • Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
    • Negotiating suitable payment plans.
    • Maintaining customer payment records.
    • Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.

    Personal Assistant

    Job Description

    • Assist The Firmus Group CEO in the timely management of communications, including written, telephone, email, and voicemail.
    • Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies.
    • Assist in the management and organization of The Firmus Group CEO’s calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands.

    Digital Banking officer

    Job Description

    • Telemarketing all Firmus e-business channels and Cards to both existing and new customers by calling them and informing them about the various benefits of using the cards and all our e-business channels.
    • Ensuring Account Officers are marketing all Firmus Cards to ensure the monthly card target is achieved.
    • Define digital initiatives, implement digital solution and deliver expected business outcome.
    • Focus on understanding and translating business needs to solution-level architecture and process improvement
    • Spearheading frequent campaigns to increase the use of all Firmus e-channels to ensure constant increase in the active users of ALL e-business channels.
    • Ensuring the collection of the receipt from each customer in coordination with the concerned parties to activate the cards according to amount paid.
    • Executing procedure related to modifying Firmus cards, renewal, canceling, issuing new cards in case of stolen or damaged, preparing related journals
    • Executing all the procedures related to Firmus e-business Channels and cards issued for external parties and coordinating with them regarding the monthly payments.
    • Calculating the fees and commissions related to all Firmus cards including renewal, cancelling, issuing new cards in the case of stolen or damaged especially for the credit card.
    • Conducting Firmus cards inventory and holding documents according to procedures.
    • Work closely with internal departments (such as IT & TQM, Customer Service & R&D) to understand operation processes, identify process deficiency and collaborate with them in all digitalization initiatives
    • Audit on ALL (including FINTECH partners) settlement account to ensure we receive all outstanding inflow for the day, submit daily report to the CEO
    • Constant follow up on POS transaction and ensure resolution of all issues same day

    Legal Officer

    Description 

    • Undertake legal research and provide advisory to relevant units in Firmus
    • Provide legal support to The Firmus Group and its Units via analysis of legal risks and possible impact on potential transactions
    • Provide legal and contractual support to Firmus Asset Creation Unit - ACU
    • Attend all Firmus Group court sessions and liaise with external counsel with respect to litigation, arbitration, tax appeals and any other dispute resolution proceedings
    • Provide broad based litigation management support in conjunction with Firmus Group CEO
    • Maintain litigation/property, other records and prepare periodic work reports and update.
    • Serve as company representative and provide legal support during negotiations of any kind, including MOU negotiations with host communities
    • Provide Firmus with legal guidance in transactions with third parties
    • Prepare and draft agreements /contracts, leases and follow through their implementation in conjunction with Firmus Group CEO
    • Handle routine legal dossiers autonomously, complex legal dossiers with supervision, and participate in negotiations with The Firmus Group’s partners, contractors, and relevant government agencies.

    Requirements 

    • Interested candidates should possess a BL / LLB / JD with 0 - 2 years work experience.
