Job Description

• Enhance retained earnings by utilizing cost cutting ideas.
• Recommend change in office practices and procedures to improve processes.
• Assist in the preparation of QPR/QSR (Quarterly Performance Review & Quarterly Service Review).
• Ensure prompt bank reconciliation.
• Liaise with Internal & External Auditors as directed by EXCO
• Ensure that the organization is compliance with all required financial regulations in sync with EXCO’s direction
• Support and participate in Firmus Financial Control Unit.
• Additional duties as directed by Head of Financial Control, CEO, EXCO or Board
• Assist in the budgeting of the organization.
• Assist in preparing and providing accurate monthly financial reports:
  • PL – Profit & Loss
  • B/S- Balance Sheet
  • Overhead worksheet
  • Cash Flow Statement.
