    Interactive Learning Tutor

    Job Description

    • Showcase technology solutions online and offline to education stakeholders and educators with a view to driving technology solution adoption.
    • Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
    • Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments, etc.)
    • Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback
    • Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom
    • Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
    • Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events
    • Observe and understand students’ behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.
    • Run training for an educator.
    • Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences, etc.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience from a recognized basic or secondary school institution.
    • Degree in Teaching or in a specialized subject with a certificate in education
    • Must be technology-savvy
    • Must be conversant with the challenges of current technologies in learning spaces;
    • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Must have e working knowledge of education curriculum and standards
    • Well-organized and committed
    • Creative and energetic
    • Strong moral values and discipline
    • Knowledge of CPR
    • Must be available to travel

    Sales Manager - Education

    Job Responsibilities / Duties / Tasks

    • Developing a high-performing sales team to expand strategic education customer relationships
    • Disrupting the mindset of customers and sales teams by bringing innovative ideas that showcase case for change and unique value proposition for education
    • Mobilizing, orchestrating, mentoring and leading the Account Teams, partners and customer in order to help solidify the path to the complex yet exciting journey that is Digital Transformation
    • Planning and overseeing the selling education services and solutions
    • Planning and overseeing the process of structuring deals and defining the negotiation strategies for customer accounts
    • Remaining focused on customer facing time by running a healthy and predictable business
    • Continuously nurturing and expanding your sales, industry, technology and competitive knowledge and capabilities
    • Providing insight and feedback from customers and partners

    Requirements

    • Strong sales of technology solutions and business background with 5+ years in Education, Technology, Public Sector, NGO enterprise level industries.
    • Experience in leading and driving the entire sales cycle, orchestrating virtual selling teams where necessary
    • Bachelors of Science / Arts or equivalent work experience
    • Must be technology-savvy
    • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience selling education software solutions combined with deep understanding of key education solutions and competitive technologies
    • Working knowledge of education curriculum and standards is a pre-requisite.
    • Well-organized and committed
    • People management experience leading high performing sales teams to achieve quota and sustainable growth year-over year
    • Strong business planning and coaching/instilling business discipline skills woven with ability to encourage sales/tech sales team to develop and implement targeted plans
    • Possess executive maturity, presence and experience in building trust with senior education decision makers
    • Proven ability to successfully anticipate market changes to drive industry-relevant solutions, address competitive threats and navigate complex customer environments
    • Must be available to travel.
