    Independent Sales Representative

    About the Opportunity

    Our client is a leading provider of identity verification, compliance, and fraud prevention solutions, serving organizations across the financial services, insurance, manufacturing, and technology sectors.

    They are expanding their sales network and seeking highly motivated sales professionals with strong industry connections to promote innovative KYC, KYB, AML, background screening, and compliance solutions within their respective markets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients across Microfinance Banks, Fintechs, Commercial Banks, Insurance Companies, and Manufacturing Firms.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    • Schedule and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
    • Follow up on leads and opportunities through to successful closure.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the internal sales team to support client engagements and business development efforts.

    Requirements

    • Strong network of decision-makers within at least one target industry in FCT, Anambra, Ogun, or Rivers State.
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
    • Proficiency in using smartphones, email, WhatsApp, and basic productivity tools.
    • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience selling SaaS, fintech, compliance, or technology solutions.
    • Understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance requirements within the Nigerian market.
    • Active professional network within the financial services sector.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Commission

    • Months 1–3: Earn 10% commission on every payment made by your referred customer during their first three months as a customer.
    • Months 4–12: Earn 2% residual commission on every payment made by the same customer from Month 4 through Month 12.

    Monthly Stipend

    • ₦50,000 (airtime, data, transport) — requires 3 qualified referrals per month

    Performance Bonuses

    • ₦100,000 bonus upon generating ₦5 million in revenue.
    • ₦250,000 bonus upon generating ₦10 million in revenue.
    • ₦500,000 bonus upon generating ₦20 million in revenue.

    Training & Support

    Successful candidates will receive:

    • Comprehensive onboarding and product training.
    • Sales toolkits, presentation materials, and prospecting resources.
    • Access to CRM and sales management tools.
    • Ongoing coaching and mentorship from experienced sales leaders.
    • Continuous sales support throughout the engagement.
