    HVAC Technician

    JOB SUMMARY

    The HVAC technician will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. You will guide and advise the customer to select the most appropriate air quality system to fulfill their requirements. You will be responsible for air quality systems from installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance, warranty and emergency repairs.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
    • Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
    • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
    • Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
    • Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
    • Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
    • Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
    • Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
    • Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
    • Assisting with customers' queries.

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    • BSc or HND degree in any related discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 years practical experience as an HVAC Technician.
    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
    • Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.

    House Manager

    JOB SUMMARY

    • A house manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a residential property. They ensure that the building is well-maintained, clean, and safe for residents to live in. They may also be responsible for handling any issues that arise during the course of tenancy—this could include anything from dealing with plumbing problems or broken appliances to resolving disputes between tenants or responding to emergency situations such as fire alarms or medical emergencies.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Managing the day-to-day operations of the facility
    • Coordinating with event planners to ensure that all arrangements are made for special events
    • Coordinating with vendors to ensure that all supplies needed delivered on time
    • Making sure that the interior of the house is clean and well-maintained at all times
    • Maintaining inventory of all furnishings and equipment in the house, including ordering replacements when needed
    • Ensuring that all food service operations run smoothly during events
    • Coordinating with staff members to ensure that all events run smoothly from start to finish
    • Supervising daily housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the facility is well-kept at all times

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    • BSc or HND degree in hospitality or any related course.
    • Minimum of 5 years practical experience as a House Manager.
    • Great communication skill

    Maintenance Manager

    JOB SUMMARY:

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our company’s facilities. A successful candidate will be in charge of maintaining machinery, planning repair activities, and developing maintenance procedures.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations.
    • Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
    • Maintaining all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
    • Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
    • Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.
    • Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.
    • Ensuring all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
    • Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
    • Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering , facility management, or a similar field is preferred.
    • Proven 5years’ experience as a maintenance manager
    • Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings
    • Good understanding of the technical features of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
    • Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
