    Human Resource Volunteer

    Job Summary

    • As an HR Volunteer at Lily Hospitals, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain practical experience in various aspects of human resources management.
    • This engagement is designed to provide you with exposure to all HR value chain.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and recognition programs.
    • Support the planning and execution of employee surveys to gather feedback and improve engagement.
    • Coordinate wellness programs and initiatives to enhance employee well-being.
    • Help maintain and promote employee recognition efforts.
    • Assist in onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive new hire experience.
    • Provide general support in HR-related administrative tasks.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of a B.Sc. in any field, preferably social sciences.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Job Summary

    • The Laboratory Technician will assist in the preparation and analysis of specimens, ensuring all laboratory procedures comply with quality and safety standards.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Education: Diploma or Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technician from a recognized institution.
    • License: Must be licensed by the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.

    Skills:

    • Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

    Job Summary

    • The Medical Laboratory Scientist is responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tests to analyze bodily fluids, such as blood and urine, to diagnose diseases, monitor treatment progress, and evaluate overall health.
    • The scientist will conduct chemical analysis and use advanced laboratory instruments to detect and quantify substances in the samples.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform chemical and biochemical analysis of bodily fluids such as blood, urine, and cerebrospinal fluid to detect and quantify components, including enzymes, hormones, and metabolites.
    • Interpret laboratory results, identify abnormalities, and provide accurate diagnostic data to assist clinicians in diagnosing diseases like diabetes, kidney disease, and metabolic disorders.
    • Use specialized laboratory equipment and techniques to perform tests and ensure precision and reliability of results.
    • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including doctors, to discuss results, provide insights, and contribute to patient management and treatment decisions.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a B.MLS
    • Minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience
    • Excellent Hand-Eye Coordination
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
