    Human Resource Officer

    Location: Mainland, Lagos

    Responsibilities
    The successful candidate will among others, do the following:

    • Strategic HR management through sound acquisition, proper utilisation, result-oriented training/development, performance management, attractive/retentive motivational strategies and painless separation of staff, etc.
    • Productive and timely administration of the organisation’s assets, preventing unnecessary downtime
    • Administer strictly but with a human face the policies of the organisation and so on.

    Requirements

    • A higher national diploma or first degree in the humanities is a must. A master’s degree in business administration, personnel management, industrial and labour relations, or other related fields would be an advantage.
    • 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years of it in the human resource management field.
    • Professionally certified by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, or CIPD, England, with good knowledge of Nigerian labour and employment laws and major criteria to occupy this position.
    • The ability to be involved in strategic planning and implementation will be a great advantage.
    • Proven Christian experience and integrity; High level of presentation skills; Willingness to learn and ability to work as a team player; Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
    • Flexible, not easily provoked, sociable, and always hungry for and delivering timely results.

    Driver

    Key Responsibilities
    The successful candidate will, among others, do the following:

    • Ensure effective and efficient use as well as proper handling of any assigned vehicle for optimum function always.
    • Ensures assigned vehicle documents are valid, complete, and up-to-date always.
    • Report any noticed faults, breakdowns, or part defects in the vehicle immediately and follow up until the repair or replacement is completed.
    • Ensure prompt servicing of assigned vehicles and monitoring of the same for quality delivery.
    • Ensure the correct and appropriate use of the vehicle for its intended purpose (s).

    Personnel Specification
    The candidate must:

    • Possess a Senior School Certificate.
    • Be a person of integrity, good character, discipline, and knowledge of traffic codes and signs.
    • Have a minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
    • Possessing a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive both lightweight vehicles (cars and buses) and trucks (16 – 22 tonnes) would be an added advantage.
    • Primary school leaving certificate holders with good and impeccable knowledge of driving, with at least 10 years of driving experience, may equally apply.
    • Possess excellent administrative and communication skills; must be a team player and able to coordinate team members to achieve expected results.

    Church & Public Relations Officer

    Location: Mainland, Lagos

    Job Roles and Responsibilities

    • To raise funds for the execution of projects and programmes of the organisation.
    • Relate with and service existing donors/members of the organisation.
    • To prospect and enlist new donors/members.
    • Be an active team member of programmes & events planning for the organisation.
    • Relate with and speak at churches’/Christian bodies’ fellowship to enlist their support for the organisation.
    • Effectively manage assigned donors/members to ensure their maximum endorsement and support for the organisation.
    • Undertake other assigned responsibilities pivotal to the smooth running and success of the BSN

    Personnel Specification

    • Minimum qualification of a University Degree or HND Certification in the Social Sciences or Humanities with not less than a 2nd class lower division or lower credit
    • Strong command of written and spoken English.
    • Good computer literacy with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • The person must be an excellent marketer with a proven track record of meeting targets.
    • Digital marketing skills are strongly desired.
    • Excellent team player with great relationship management skills.
    • Ability to relate with churches of all denominations in the spirit of ecumenism.
    • Ability to develop flawless and impactful letters and proposals.
