    Human Resource Officer

    Job Overview

    • The Human Resource Officer will responsible for supporting the organization’s Human Resource functions, employee relations, Payroll management and compliance with labor laws.
    • This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of Human Resource best practices.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Support General Human Resource operations and staff documentation.
    • Promote workplace culture, diversity, inclusivity and employee engagement activities.
    • Support the recruitment process for various vacant positions.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
    • Administer payroll.
    • Maintain employee records for the organization, including employee database, remuneration, leave entitlements, end of service, health and medical insurance and other details etc.
    • Promote the company’s vision, mission and values through actions, training, communications and leading by example.
    • Compute and administer terminal benefits.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Social Sciences or related fields.
    • 2 - 3 years of Human Resource experience in a reputable organization.
    • Previous experience in Construction industry is an added advantage.
    • Possession of Human Resource certification is a plus.
