    Human Resource Generalist

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for maintaining, administering and executing the company’s human resource policies and programs including but not limited to staffing, performance management, compensation & benefits, grievance and discipline.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Support the HR Consultants in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
    • Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
    • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process in line with consultants’ directives.
    • Liaises with a recruitment consultant as required for specialised roles and projects
    • Drives and administers the Performance Management & Employee Development processes providing necessary guidance and support to Employees & Managers as required.
    • Provides an effective HR advisory service to Employees and Supervisors on all employment and employee relations matters.
    • Develops, communicates, interprets and maintains personnel policies, employee handbook, and organizational charts
    • Manage the Practice Monthly Roaster
    • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
    • Manage HMO plans for staff
    • Proper documentation, managing and filing system of all employee’s records
    • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
    • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

    Dental Nurse

    Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)

    Job Summary

    • The Dental Nurse is responsible for providing dental care delivery by preparing the treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials; passing instruments and materials; performing procedures in compliance with the Dental Practice Standards.
    • S/HE will help prepare patients, sterilise instruments, set up rooms, and some dental hygiene tasks.
    • To do well in this role you should be able to provide a great level of patient care.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures.
    • Assisting dentists in managing medical and dental emergencies when necessary
    • Giving patients information on dental hygiene, oral health care, and plaque control programs.
    • Preparing Patients for dental procedures.
    • Operate technical dental machines in the diagnosis and treatment of patients
    • Assist dentist in examining dental and oral health of patients
    • Assist dentist in attending to patients within the allocated time for waiting and treatment
    • Comply with all Practices’ policies and procedures on diagnosis, treatment, etc.
    • Input, update and keep accurate records of Patients’ dental structure.

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements

    • National Diploma in Dental Health is required. Additional certification or training is an advantage
    • Minimum of 2 years post-College of Health Technology and progressive experience as an assistant within the private and public sectors. Experience working with public health and health systems is an advantage.
