    Human Resource Generalist

    JOB PURPOSE:

    • The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices, and will oversee the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of subordinate staff in the department. Will also assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations.

    Principal Accountabilities
     

    • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
    • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
    • Conducts or acquires background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
    • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
    • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
    • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
    • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
    • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
    • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Requisite Qualifications And Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
    • An MBA will be an added advantage.
    • Relevant certification (CIPM, HRCI, CIPD, SHRM) will be an added advantage.
    • Proven experience of 3 years as an HR Generalist or a similar HR role in the technology industry is preferred.
    • Knowledge of staffing and general HR policies and compliance.
    • Skilled with HR software, such as MS Office, database systems, HRIS, and ATS.
    • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
    • Understanding of job boards, updating job descriptions, contact details, and other employee information.

    Project Management

    • To be successful as an assistant project manager you should be able to perform any tasks assigned by the project manager in an efficient and timely manner. An outstanding assistant project manager should be able to maintain oversight of all project activities, identify any issues, and ensure these are resolved promptly.

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals.

    Full Stack Developer [C#, .Net, Reactjs]

    Your Role

    • We are looking for a Full Stack developer to produce scalable software solutions. You'll be part of a cross functional team thats responsible for full software development cycle, from conception to deployment. You will be co-designing, building, testing, and implementing software solutions. We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box, is passionate about innovation, challenges the status quo and has high energy levels.
    • As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

    Day to day Responsibilities

    • Work as a part of an agile development team, taking responsibility for organizing and planning their own work.

    • Collaborate with system/feature stakeholders to discuss, collect, interpret, and analyze technical constraints and establish technical solutions.

    • Perform load testing and write unit test wherever needed.

    Technical skills

    Must Have:

    • Proficiency in building REST services using C# and .Net Core web API
    • Experience with one or more PostgreSQL/mongoDB
    • Experience of developing highly available and scalable backend services.
    • Experience of hosting services in cloud AWS/Azure/GCP.
    • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
    • Prior experience with React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
    • Familiarity with more current specifications of ECMAScript
    • Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
    • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML and front-end languages.

    Good to have:

    • Proficiency in, or experience of C++ coding
    • Experience of working with Docker/Kubernetes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent experience.
