Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits:

• Administer benefits, payroll, and compensation programs
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, etc.
• Manage the development of the Benefits program and its adequate implementation and communication.

Talent Acquisition & Management:

• Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.

Learning & Development:

• Develop and implement training programs
• Coordinate and track employee training and development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or relevant field
• 3-5 years proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist, preferably in a Multinational, FMCG industry.
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems HRIS, SAP Success factors.

Responsibilities

• Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Implement customer engagement strategies to build loyalty, and retention
• Provide regular sales and marketing reports, analytics, and insights to support business decisions
• Negotiate and close sales deals to contribute to the achievement of team and departmental targets
• maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities
• Address and escalate customer complaints as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or relevant field
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or confectionery industry.
