Your Mission

• To build and maintain a strong internal system, managing our people, protecting our business legally and ensuring everything we do stands on integrity and compliance.
• What You Will Be Doing: HR Leadership
• Recruit, onboard and structure a high-performing team
• Build systems that keep staff accountable and productive
• Manage staff welfare, discipline and performance

Legal and Compliance

• Draft and review contracts (land, clients and partnerships)
• Ensure all transactions are legally sound and properly documented
• Carry out due diligence on properties and company dealings

Requirements

• Degree in Law (LLB) or HR-related field
• 2–4 years experience in HR or legal role
• Strong understanding of Nigerian labor law & property documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
