Job Summary

• As the HR Analyst, you will be tasked with developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences or any relevant field; further training will be a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in HR.
• Must have experience in a hospitality industry.

• As the Node.js/Typescript Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend infrastructure of the lottery platform using Node.js and Typescript.
• Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and front-end developers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Node.js, TypeScript, and backend development, and evaluate their applicability to our projects.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications in production environments.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and propose innovative ideas and solutions to improve the development process and enhance the overall product offering.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience as a Node.js/TypeScript Developer.
• Must have proven experience as an intermediate Node.js/TypeScript Developer, with a strong track record of developing and delivering production-ready web applications.
