    HR Administrator

    Responsibilites
    HR Administration:

    • Manage employee data, including personal details, contracts, and benefits.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, both physical and digital.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

    Payroll Management:

    • Oversee the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
    • Manage payroll-related queries and resolve any issues that may arise.

    Benefits Administration:

    • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, pension, and other welfare programs.
    • Ensure that all benefits are administered by company policies and procedures.

    Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
    • Ensure that all new employees are properly onboarded, including induction, training, and completion of necessary paperwork.

    Employee Relations:

    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
    • Manage employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions by company policies and procedures.

    Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure that the academy is compliant with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to HR management.

    Reporting and Analytics:

    • Prepare and submit regular HR reports to management, including data on employee turnover, absenteeism, and training.
    • Analyse HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    Special Projects:

    • Assist with special projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and policy development.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 years work experience.

    Administration Assistant

    Agricultural Science Educator

    Description

    • At Jewels Leading Lights Academy, we don’t just teach theory — we build hands-on skills for life.
    • We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Agricultural Science Teacher who can combine classroom teaching with practical farming experience to inspire and equip our students.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Teach Agricultural Science in line with the school curriculum.
    • Plan and deliver engaging, practical lessons that connect theory to real-life applications.
    • Supervise and manage the school’s farm projects, including crops, livestock, and sustainable practices.
    • Guide students in hands-on agricultural activities, research projects, and exhibitions.
    • Instill in students the values of responsibility, innovation, and environmental stewardship.
    • Maintain accurate records of student performance and farm activities.
    • Work collaboratively with school leadership to expand agricultural initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science, Crop Science, Animal Science, Agricultural Education, or a related field.
    • PGDE is advantageous.
    • Minimum of 3 years teaching experience (school or training environment).
    • Proven hands-on farming experience (crop and/or livestock management).
    • Ability to combine classroom instruction with practical demonstrations.
    • Strong communication and mentoring skills.
    • Passion for youth development and sustainability.
