    Healthcare Marketer

    Location: Ebute-Metta and Ikorodu, Lagos 

    Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager

    Job Description

    • Work closely with the senior marketing manager to plan and implement appropriate marketing strategies for promoting the company’s business within the healthcare space and maintain healthy business relationships between the company and its clients.
    • Also, ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge in the healthcare industry.
    • Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to achieve the department’s goals
    • Oversee, develop and manage the company’s marketing campaigns
    • Design company’s brochures and update contents on the company’s website
    • Creating awareness to medical practitioners such as medical doctors on our products and service as well as encouraging referrals from them
    • Provide innovative ideas on possible strategies for increasing daily patronage and increased client base
    • Ensure consistency in marketing style and promote the company’s brand at all times
    • Keep existing clients informed of new products and services being offered by the company whilst sourcing for new clients. Ensure daily and weekly reports are prepared and submitted to management as at when due
    • Active engagement in social media marketing and campaign of the company’s products and services
    • Meeting set financial targets
    • Implement marketing policies.

    Educational Qualifications

    • BSc / HND in Social Sciences, Humanities and other related fields
    • Hands-on experience on the job or a similar job role is required.

    Requisite Skills / Experience:

    • Research and marketing skills
    • Knowledgeable in data analysis
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or related software
    • Skilled in social media marketing
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good public relations skills.

    Operations Manager

    Location: Anthony Village, Lagos
    Reports to: Managing Director

    Job Description

    • Operations manager is a senior level employee who coordinates and oversees all activities within the organization and ensures efficiency and productivity at all times.
    • The individual assists the Managing Director in effectively managing the company’s business operations towards achievement overall business goals and objectives by ensuring that work performance align with standards and that employees’ behavioural conduct are in line with the company’s policies and business ethics.
    • Work closely with the Managing Director in developing and implementing business strategies to facilitate the achievement of short and long term business goals by ensuring operational activities are always geared towards achievement of the company’s overall business goals and objective
    • Prepare operational policies and ensure effective implementation by all heads of department
    • Set standards by which employee and organisational performance are effectively assessed
    • Work closely with Managing Director and Finance department to plan annual budgets in line with company's budgetary policy
    • Maintain a seamless office system by ensuring effective functioning of all departments and manage staffs by preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
    • Professional management of patient inquiries and complaints.
    • Provides radiology services by directing and coordinating the services of radiology and diagnostic imaging procedures; overseeing staff in operation of imaging equipment, such, as x-ray machines, fluoroscopes, computerized tomography (CT) scanners, or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment.
    • Supports patient care by resolving radiology issues with physicians, radiologists, radiology technologists, and ancillary staff; improving and maintaining quality assurance program for department functions.

    Educational Qualifications

    • B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences, Humanities and other related field.
    • Hands-on experience on the job or similar job role is required.
    • A professional certification in management or related field will be an added advantage.

    Requisite Skills / Experience:

    • Research and Development skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software.
    • Experienced in budget management.
    • Excellent client management skills.

    Office Assistant

    Reports to: Administrative Executive

    Job Description

    • Ensure the office is thoroughly cleaned, neatly arranged and sanitized daily
    • Carry out all directives given by the Admin executive in line with execution of your daily tasks
    • Liaise with logistic personnel to ensure delivery and collection of items for the company
    • Provide support to both junior and senior executives staffs by running errands
    • Perform clerical functions such as filing of documents and making photocopies
    • Perform logistic functions and make required purchases as needed
    • Take inventory of office supplies periodically or as directed by the Admin Executive
    • Update the Admin executive on the stock level of office supplies and assist with arrangement for new supplies to avid stock-out.
    • Adhere strictly to health and safety procedures within the organization

    Qualification and Requirements

    • Preferred candidate for the role is a Male
    • A minimum of Senior School Certificate Examination (S.S.C.E)
    • Prior experience as an office assistant or related role is required
    • Good communication skills with warm disposition
    • Excellent Interpersonal relationship skills
    • Ability to work well withlimited or no supervision.
    • A resident along Ikorodu Road, Anthony Village or Maryland axis is preferred.
