About the Role

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Healthcare Assistant to support the pharmacist in daily pharmacy operations. The role involves assisting with prescription preparation, inventory management, record keeping, and ensuring a clean, well-organised pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately
• Receive, shelve, rotate, and routinely count medications and supplies to ensure proper inventory control and expiry management
• Maintain accurate daily sales records and support basic operational expense tracking with appropriate approvals
• Respond to customer enquiries and telephone calls, providing general information or directing calls as needed
• Ensure the pharmacy environment, shelves, and work areas are clean, organised, and compliant with operational standards

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Certificate or Degree in a Science-related field with 1 year experience.
• CHEW certification is required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Prior experience in a pharmacy or pharmaceutical setting is an advantage.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 / Month.

• We are  seeking a motivated and innovative Pharmacist to drive sales growth, deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care, and support the overall profitability of our retail pharmacy operations. The role combines clinical excellence with commercial awareness and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions accurately and provide patient counselling to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Organise and manage the pharmacy layout for efficient identification of drugs and sundries
• Oversee inventory movement to prevent product deterioration, shortages, and expiry
• Drive the marketing and delivery of pharmacy services, including rapid health checks
• Contribute to sales growth, category performance, and branch profitability through innovation and customer-focused initiatives
• Stay current with trends and advancements in the health sector through continuous learning and professional collaboration
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and professional practice standards

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with 3-5 years experience.
• Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist
• Working knowledge of MS Office and pharmacy information systems
• Strong communication skills, professional integrity, and a patient-centred approach
