    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a Health Information Management Officer who will also serve as a Customer Service Personnel to join our dynamic team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing health information systems and providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and medical staff.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain health information databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations.
    • Retrieve and compile medical records for patient care, research, and legal purposes.
    • Process patient admissions, transfers, and discharges by accurately updating records and documentation.
    • Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure efficient information flow and resolve inquiries.

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Officer to join our team in Warri
    • The Billing Officer will be responsible for preparing and issuing accurate bills, managing patient accounts, and ensuring seamless billing operations in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and issue accurate bills to patients for services rendered.
    • Verify and process insurance claims, ensuring proper documentation.
    • Reconcile patient accounts and address discrepancies promptly.
    • Assist patients with payment processing, including cash, credit, and insurance payments.
    • Ensure timely posting of payments and balances in the hospital’s financial system.
    • Maintain detailed and organized records of all billing activities.
    • Generate and provide financial reports to the management team as required.

    Procurement and Inventory Operations Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage procurement and inventory operations.
    • The successful candidate will oversee the procurement of goods and services while ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
    • This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and adherence to policies and regulations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Procurement:

    • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and compliance.
    • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
    • Manage purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues promptly.

    Warehouse and Inventory Operations:

    • Receive and properly document incoming pharmaceutical items.
    • Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely reordering of products to prevent stock-outs.
    • Organize and store pharmaceutical products in accordance with safety and storage guidelines.
