    Head Teacher

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a seasoned, dedicated, and people-focused Head Teacher to provide strong academic and administrative leadership across the school.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving teaching excellence, managing staff performance, ensuring curriculum standards, and partnering with management to continuously improve learning outcomes.
    • This role requires a mature, confident leader who can inspire teachers, engage parents, and uphold the school’s vision and values.

    Key Responsibilities
    Academic Leadership:

    • Provide overall academic leadership and supervision of teaching and learning activities
    • Ensure effective implementation of Montessori, Nigerian, and British curricula
    • Monitor lesson plans, classroom delivery, assessments, and pupils’ performance
    • Lead curriculum planning, review, and continuous improvement initiatives

    Staff Management & Development:

    • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff
    • Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
    • Identify training needs and support professional development of staff
    • Foster teamwork, discipline, and a positive school culture

    School Administration & Operations:

    • Oversee daily school operations to ensure smooth academic and administrative processes

    • Support school inspections, audits, and accreditation processes

    Parent & Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians
    • Handle parent concerns professionally and proactively

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc with PGDE, or equivalent qualification
    • TRCN certification is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within a Nursery and Primary School
    • Aged between 40-45 years
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Payroll Accountant

    Job Summary

    • The Ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and related accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and proper financial reporting.
    • The role integrates payroll operations with core accounting activities and requires hands-on use of SeamlessHR for payroll administration, reporting, and employee data management.

    Key Responsibilities
    Payroll Management:

    • Process end-to-end monthly payroll using SeamlessHR, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
    • Compute salaries, allowances, bonuses, overtime, arrears, and deductions
    • Manage statutory deductions and compliance (PAYE, Pension, NHF, NHIS, ITF, NSITF)
    • Prepare and submit statutory schedules and remittances to relevant authorities
    • Maintain payroll master data and ensure alignment with HR records
    • Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll queries

    Accounting & Financial Responsibilities:

    • Post payroll journals into the general ledger
    • Reconcile payroll accounts, salary control accounts, and statutory liabilities
    • Support monthly and year-end financial closing activities relating to payroll
    • Prepare payroll cost reports for management decision-making
    • Support budgeting and forecasting of staff costs
    • Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and staff costs

    Systems & Controls:

    • Ensure payroll data integrity within SeamlessHR
    • Implement and monitor payroll controls to prevent errors and fraud
    • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on salary reviews, promotions, exits, and benefits changes
    • Support system improvements and process optimization

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
    • Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is highly preferred
    • 4-6 years of experience handling payroll and accounting functions
    • Hands-on experience using SeamlessHR.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and payroll regulations
    • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software
    • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity.

    HR Officer (Performance Management Specialist)

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving a robust, data-driven performance management system.
    • The role focuses on setting measurable targets, developing scorecards, tracking performance outcomes, and ensuring alignment between individual, departmental, and organizational objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
    • Advanced Excel and HRIS experience.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
