    Head of Technology

    Job Objective(s)
    The Head, Technology is responsible for:

    • Technical implementation of new business solution projects to time, cost, scope and quality
    • Technical implementation and Administrative support
    • System integration requirements and solution analysis for new business initiatives
    • Analyze new user/solution requirements to develop solutions that align with the requirements
    • Implement new solutions using the concept of shared infrastructure services to minimize capital expenditure and optimize transaction costs for new business initiatives.
    • System Operations Support to internal and external customers

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Full documentation and standardization of all processes
    • Developing functional and technical requirements for projects.
    • Technical implementation of new business solutions to meet go-to-market timelines
    • Transaction Testing with various banks
    • Testing and Validating the functionalities of products and services
    • Implementation of key products that enhance and increase the acceptability of products.
    • Development of user and operations documentation of new solution projects & business analysis

    Job Requirements

    • Education University: First Degree(s) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or Applied Sciences.
    • Others: Certification in RDMS Database, Project Management & Business Analysis would be an added advantage
    • Experience: Understanding of the key technical concepts in I.T & Electronic Payments.
    • Candidate should possess the ability to relate with clients to achieve business goals.

    Head of Department - Digital Marketing, Media and PR

    Job Summary

    • Lead the digital and traditional media function towards making the UP brand the brand of choice. Develop key strategies, policies, and processes towards achieving financial and non-financial goals.
    • Strategic Tasks
    • Define digital marketing and media strategies, policies and processes for the brand and its subsidiaries.
    • Responsible for planning and executing digital and media activities
    • Support the implementation of strategic through-the-line marketing activities
    • Grow brand equity through increased presence, followership, engagement and revenue drive.
    • Manage Group and subsidiary websites

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Design, build and maintain the company’s social media presence
    • Aggressively grow brand and product awareness across various online platforms including social media
    • Readily drive the adoption of company products and services
    • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
    • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
    • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
    • Effectively manage online brand perception and reputation
    • Use marketing automation as a tool for achieving business and brand objectives.
    • Implement effective digital, media/public relations and crisis management systems and processes.
    • Ensure all external communications are consistent with the corporate and subsidiary brand positioning.
    • Manage the media relations program for the company and key stakeholders.
    • Aggressively pursue positive media coverage for all subsidiaries and develop effective strategies to manage/mitigate negative coverage.
    • Supervise the planning, organizing and convening of corporate press conferences, media briefings etc.) for all subsidiaries.
    • Produce press releases, interview scripts and speeches.
    • Coordinate partnerships with external communication consultants and vendors as required to achieve goals within budgets.
    • Support the professional development of the team members, to continuously develop needed skills and expertise and achieve personal development aspirations.
    • Keep abreast of local and global best practices and make recommendations on how they impact the unit’s role.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
    • Champion the definition of the team’s processes, policies and procedures

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or any other related field
    • Relevant professional certification and qualification CIM, DMI, NIPR, CIPR, etc.
    • 7-10 cumulative years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media and PR.
    • Understand the Martech concept and adoption as a tool for actualizing organizational marketing objectives.
    • Ability to use marketing automation to drive results Understand B2B and B2C marketing strategies
    • A very good understanding of different channels of communications media and how they are used to achieve brand and business goals
    • Strong relationship with the media and possess quality media contacts.
    • Good knowledge and understanding of strategic branding and marketing concepts, principles, and practices.
    • Prior experience managing a team
    • Analytical skills with a problem-solving aptitude. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good report writing and presentation skills.

    Marketing / Sales Executive (Digital Marketing)
