    Head of Legal And Corporate Services

    Job Summary 

    • The Head of Legal and Corporate Services will provide strategic legal guidance and ensure regulatory compliance while overseeing corporate governance and administrative functions. The role requires a proactive and business-oriented professional with strong leadership skills tsupport the company’s objectives and protect its interests. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    Legal Advisory 

    • Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of the company’s operations, including property acquisitions, sales, and leasing. 
    • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements. 
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. 
    • Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes in coordination with external counsel. 

    Strategic Planning 

    • Collaborate with senior management talign legal and corporate strategies with business goals. 
    • Identify and mitigate potential legal risks that could affect operations or growth. 
    • Stay updated on relevant laws, trends, and best practices in the real estate sector. 

    Leadership and Team Management 

    • Lead and manage the legal and corporate services team tachieve departmental objectives. 
    • Provide mentorship and guidance tteam members tenhance their professional development. 
    • Foster a culture of compliance, professionalism, and ethical practices within the organization. 

    Corporate Governance 

    • Develop and maintain corporate policies tensure effective governance and compliance. 
    • Oversee the organization’s regulatory filings, board resolutions, and shareholder agreements. 
    • Serve as the company secretary, ensuring proper documentation of board meetings and decisions. 

    Qualifications and Requirements 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); possession of a Master’s degree or certifications in corporate governance is an added advantage. 
    • 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Experience in the real estate or construction industry is preferred. 
    • Membership in the Nigerian Bar Association or other relevant professional bodies.

    Digital Marketing Specialist

    • We are looking for a creative Digital Marketer and Social Media Specialist to develop and manage marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and grow our social media presence while acquiring leads and customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Digital Marketing: 

    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various platforms (SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, etc.). 
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed. 
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. 
    • Manage and optimize online ads to increase company and brand awareness. 
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness. 
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

    Social Media Management: 

    • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. 
    • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written). 
    • Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout). 
    • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales. 
    • Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement. 
    • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions. 

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
    • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer and Social Media Specialist. 
    • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics. 
    • Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and online marketing tools. 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
    • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. 
    • Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

    Preferred Skills: 

    • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). 
    • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. 
    • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
