    Head of IT

    Main Purpose

    • The job holder is responsible to ensure comapny’s computer systems and infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware, are in the best working condition.

    Responsibilities

    • Manages the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems.
    • Monitors the installation and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
    • Leads desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
    • Oversees system performance and troubleshooting issues.
    • Implements security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
    • Manages diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
    • Manages the rollout and support of desktop devices, including laptops and printers, and productivity tools such as Outlook and MSOffice.
    • Interacts with the help desk and other teams to assist in systems troubleshooting to identify root cause of technical issues and provide the required support.
    • Ensures the provision of key technology equipment including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates, support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
    • Monitors server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly.
    • Monitors data centre health using pre-existing management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers as needed.
    • Designs and implement efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
    • Coaches team members on the job.
    • Any other task as assigned by the Line Manager.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Programming, Computer Engineering or System Administration.
    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience handling similar role in large organisations.
    • Masters will be an added advantage.
    • Relevant certifications with any of the following: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco, RedHat, Oracle Linux System Administrator (Oracle), VMware Certified Professional 6- Data Centre Virtualization.

    National Sales Manager

    Main Activities

    • Develops and prepares a commercial plan (Revenue obj. by region, portfolio, and channel. Coverage obj. (include growth obj. by region), resources/key enablers) for the whole regions each year and channels in line with company revenue and profitability objective.
    • Successfully implements the annual business targets for his/her customers as set by the Management.
    • Spearheads the development, communication and implementation of the most effective sales strategy for his/her region that results in the achievement of revenue targets.
    • Identifies new customers, engaging with and presenting new revenue lines.
    • Provides executive level presentation at customers and prospect meetings.
    • Provide accurate and timely forecasts using appropriate sales tools and processes and maintains all relevant information about customers, prospects, campaigns and leads etc.
    • Training Plan for sales team across layers.
    • Work in collaboration with credit control team to set and execute credit limits/guidelines by channels.
    • Support Franchise Head in drafting plan and business update for various labs, collect market information and set-up forecasts.
    • Run direct reports assessment and people review.

    Specific Knowledge Required

    • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years experience.
    • Microsoft office especially excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint.
