    Head of Information Technology

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy to enhance the company's operations and service delivery.
    • Establish and oversee data governance policies to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Develop and maintain a robust IT infrastructure that supports the company’s operations and growth.

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT and digital transformation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of IT administration, infrastructure, architecture, and data management.
    • Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and driving technological innovation.

    Senior HR Advisor

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the transition of the company’s internal structures and workflows. Help employees and managers adapt to new ways of working through clear communication and guidance.
    • Collect and analyze HR information (such as staff turnover, attendance, and hiring costs) to help management make informed decisions.
    • Manage the full hiring process, from drafting job adverts to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is an advantage).
    • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior advisory or transformation-focused role.
    • Deep understanding of Nigerian Labor Laws and experience in the Maritime or Oil & Gas sectors is highly preferred.
    • Professional Membership certification from CIPM, SHRM-CP, or SPHRi. Is required
