Head of Information Technology

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy to enhance the company's operations and service delivery.
- Establish and oversee data governance policies to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain a robust IT infrastructure that supports the company’s operations and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT and digital transformation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT administration, infrastructure, architecture, and data management.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and driving technological innovation.
