    Head of Finance

    Job Summary

    • Provides strategic financial leadership to ensure strong financial governance, sustainable profitability, and regulatory compliance.
    • The role oversees financial planning, treasury management, reporting, risk management, internal controls, and capital allocation to support business growth and operational stability.

    Key Responsibilities
    Financial Strategy & Corporate Advisory:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
    • Provide financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decisions.
    • Advise executive management and the Board on financial performance and risks.
    • Evaluate investment opportunities and capital expenditure proposals.

    Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Reporting:

    • Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
    • Monitor financial performance against approved budgets.
    • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management accounts and statutory reports.

    Leadership & Team Management:

    • Lead and develop the finance team across the organization.
    • Drive a culture of accountability, compliance, and high performance.
    • Mentor senior finance managers and build succession pipelines.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Professional certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA) required.
    • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
    • 12 – 15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Experience in oil & gas, energy, or similar capital-intensive industry preferred.

    Head of Operations

    Job Summary

    • The Head of Operations is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for the company’s oil and gas operations.
    • This includes overseeing the end-to-end supply chain of petroleum products—procurement, transportation, storage, and distribution—while ensuring strict compliance with industry regulations, operational efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations team across multiple depotlocations.
    • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive operations plans to achieve organizational targets in product supply, distribution, and depot management.
    • Design and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operations and logistics, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency.
    • Oversee day-to-day depot operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of dispatches, product receipts, and inventory balances.
    • Establish strong liaison and maintain compliance relationships with regulatory bodies
    • Identify, register, and evaluate the performance of third-party service providers including transporters and depot contractors.
    • Conduct regular market intelligence and pricing research to support strategic procurement and supply chain decisions.
    • Ensure timely procurement and distribution of petroleum products based on market demand and supply schedules.
    • Oversee the preparation and monitoring of the operations budget, ensuring cost efficiency and financial performance.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
    • A Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA) is an added advantage.
    • Relevant certifications in Oil & Gas operations, HSE, or Supply Chain Management are desirable
    • Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in oil and gas operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
    • Proven track record of managing multi-site depot operations and logistics in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Deep understanding of the downstream oil and gas industry, including regulatory frameworks and market dynamics.
    • Proficiency in operational software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Job Summary

    • Manages various aspects of the employment process, including recruitment, orientation, and training.
    • Provide excellent employee support and responsible for administrative tasks, personnel documentation, and record keeping.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and regularly update a database of employee records.
    • Drive the development of a positive work environment to enhance talent retention and employee performance.
    • Create and maintain a database of suitable and competent candidates
    • Develop and review Job Descriptions across all departments in the company.
    • Prepare employee contracts in line with company rules and applicable laws
    • Maintain training information and maintaining training records.
    • Answer employee questions and inquiries about policies, benefits, and employment-related issues
    • Coordinate periodic employee engagement surveys to provide relevant insight for management decisions on HR policies, employment conditions, etc.
    • Manage employee relations (grievance, discipline, and conflict resolution).

    • Proactively Identify hazards and assess risks related to Human Resources activities.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Social Science related fields
    • Membership of CIPM, CIPD, SHRM etc is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 3 years in HR Administration in the Oil & Gas, Construction or Engineering
    • Familiarity with Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
    • Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
