Request for Quotation at CBM International

CBM is seeking qualified suppliers to provide a price quote for the Janitorial services at our Sokoto Field Office, as shown below. 

SCOPE OF DUTIES OF THE CONTRACTOR:

The Contractor is hereby engaged in the capacity of Janitorial services, the current duties and responsibilities of which are listed below. These duties and responsibilities may be amended from time to time in the sole discretion of the Client, subject to formal notification to the Contractor. The services of the Contractor shall be for the Client’s Office and the Annex Building, and the Contractor shall faithfully perform the duties of Janitor and Gardener for the Client.

The duties and responsibilities of the Contractor shall include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Empty garbage
2.  Mop all appropriate surfaces
3. Dust all fixtures, phones, lamps blinds, etc., as needed, and
4. Vacuum all floors,
5. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchen
6. Wax and buff surfaces as needed,
7. Occasional additional general cleaning.
8. Clean counter surfaces,
9. Regularly sanitize surfaces in line with COVID-19 protocols
10. Clean and sanitize break rooms,
11. Clean windows as needed,
12. Grow and prune all flowers and shrubs,
13. Grow and prune all flowers grass and trees,
14. Clear and weed all lower beds and borders within and around the Client’s premises,
15. Check the health of plants by identifying any pest or diseases and control them,
16. Clean and maintain tools and equipment,
17. Sweep and clean debris, 
18. Clean and remove leaves from roof and gutters.
19. The Contractor shall perform other services as contained in its “Proposal to provide Janitorial Cleaning Services at your facility”, which is herein incorporated as part of this agreement.
20. Hours of Work: Janitorial services shall be performed to completion between the hours of 6.30 am and 4:30 unless otherwise specified herein or agreed upon. 
21. Equipment And Supplies:

Unless otherwise specified herein, the Client shall provide supplies, including but not limited to soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, and plastic trash bags and other necessary consumable supplies required for the performance of its obligations herein contained. The Contractor shall make arrangements to secure the supplies, and the supplies brought into the Client’s premises will not be removed from the premises.

The Contractor shall provide cleaners for its service to the client.

TERMS and CONDITIONS OF QUOTATION

1. Delivery Terms    
2. Delivery Place    Sokoto Field Office
3. Payment Terms    100% Payment after Completion.

Quotation submission requirements:

1. Complete quote for all items on RFQ on letterhead signed 
2. Company CAC and TIN details 
3. Preferred vendors with a physical presence in Sokoto are preferred.
4. Warranty on the items
5. After services maintenance for at least 6 months is an added advantage
