    Head of Credit & Collections

    Job Summary:

    • We are hiring a Head of Credit & Collections to restructure our pharmacy credit model. This role will design and manage a scoring system, collections engine, and recovery workflows.

    Core Competencies:

    • Credit policy design and enforcement
    • Risk tiering and customer segmentation
    • Negotiation and dispute resolution
    • Collections performance tracking (aging, DSO, recovery %)
    • CRM/ERP credit workflows (Zoho, QuickBooks, Salesforce, etc.)

    Leadership Qualities:

    • Results-focused and analytical
    • Empathetic but firm with customers
    • Able to lead teams under pressure and drive urgency
    • Collaborative with sales and finance teams

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement risk-based credit policy
    • Segment customer credit tiers; integrate into sales process
    • Lead a collections team with daily tracking & recovery actions
    • Engage defaulters to negotiate repayments and reduce bad debt
    • Run weekly reporting for CEO/CFO

    KPIs:

    • Collection recovery: ≥ ₦80M in 90 days
    • Daily repayment %
    • % of credit default reduced to <10%
    • Aging bucket shrinkage (30, 60, 90 days)
    • Customer satisfaction post-recovery

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years in credit, collections, or lending operations
    • Experience with B2B credit scoring or financial modeling
    • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
    • Analytical with CRM/ERP reporting experience
    • Bonus: familiarity with pharmacy or SME credit lending

    Turnaround General Manager

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a mission-driven, results-oriented Turnaround GM to lead the restructuring and revival of our Nigeria business. This leader will have full P&L responsibility and report directly to the CEO. They will be empowered to rebuild the sales, credit, and customer success functions with urgency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead market turnaround: reduce defaults, regain customers, re-ignite new sales.
    • Execute 30/60/90 day action plan with visible, measurable progress.
    • Overhaul sales and credit process to drive profitable growth.
    • Build a strong leadership bench and instill high-performance culture.
    • Collaborate closely with HQ on data, ops, and product feedback loops.

    KPIs

    • Collection recovery: ≥ ₦65M in 60 days
    • Churn reduction: <30% within 90 days
    • New customer adds: 100 pharmacies in 90 days
    • Default rate: reduced to <10% of on-credit sales
    • Team morale and retention

    Requirements

    • 7–10+ years in turnaround leadership (Pharma, FMCG, logistics, health, or fintech)
    • Proven P&L ownership and people leadership
    • Sales + credit + customer success experience
    • Hustle mindset with analytical rigor
