    Head Nurse

    Responsibilities
    Operational Responsibilities:

    • Daily follow up calls on registered clients and phone-in clients.
    • Dispensing of drugs with instructions to the clients and subsequent drug balancing.
    • Discharging and dispensing drugs to clients.
    • Scheduling of appointment for clients.
    • Carry out scan procedures.
    • Needle pricking demonstration to clients
    • Ensure dosage and protocols are written and sent to MD as appropriate.
    • Donor recruitment and management.
    • Ensure nurses work allocation is done weekly and same adhered to.
    • Supervise the Nurses aids.
    • Liaise with CLO in charge of Endoscopy for booking and counselling sessions.

    Strategic Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the housekeepers and Nursing Aid Units.
    • Coordinate all training related to Nursing activities.
    • Organizing the Monthly IVF and U Forum and understanding infertility.
    • Management of Endoscopy instruments and Drugs.
    • Scheduling and monitoring clients for treatment.
    • Work alongside the CLO’s on follow up and ensure nurses also comply.
    • Oversee activities at the Nursing station and Clinic Table.

    Human Resource Specialist

    Key Accountabilities

    • Implement Organizational Re-Design and Change Programs across the business in readiness for the future of work.
    • HR co-ordination and energize recruitment.
    • Affirm culture and realise team bonding.
    • Drive and co-ordinate strategy sessions, strategy articulation and monitoring.
    • Strategy brand alignment and Interface with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with cross functional change activity.
    • Ensure data integrity of people related information in the business unit.
    • Drive organization efficiency in business areas (ensuring compliance with agreed spans & layers).
    • Implement programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage the company’s talent pool.
    • Management of corporate job descriptions and standards.
    • Provide statistical analysis of HR employment data for data-driven decision making and process improvement.
    • Manage and implement personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures.
    • Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensure compliance.
    • Develop and coordinate training and development programs for all employees. Drive training initiatives and recommend suitable training solutions for employees.
    • Liaise with Government Agency – Industrial Training Fund (ITF) for the payment of 1% Annual Statutory Training Contribution and ensure reimbursement.
    • Manage relationships with external facilitators and organizations that provide training for the organisation.
    • Manage In-House Food vendor and ensure compliance with all Health and Safety Rules and Procedures as well as appoint new ones as appropriate.
    • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned occasionally by the Line Manager.

    Requirement

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 5 years work experience.

    Machine Technical Operator

    Job Responsibilities

    • Ensure full compliance to all Safety regulation
    • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot cleaning process.
    • Operate machine in accordance with the established standard operating procedure and speed targets.
    • Accurately document work performed.
    • Verify and ensure proper functioning of all components of the machines and auxiliary.
    • Collaborate with Maintenance Technician to resolve all machine-related problems.
    • Carry out recommended maintenance as per checklist to ensure equipment reliability.
    • Ensure material wastages from machine are kept at minimum acceptable level.
    • Promptly report all malfunctions and constraints to the Shift Executive.
    • Assist in cross-training team members as assigned.
    • Ensure acceptable level of cleanliness in immediate work area in line with Good House-keeping practice.
    • Apply all company provided protective wears and gadgets and comply with all Health and Safety rules.
    • Avoid cross contamination of products due to unhygienic state of equipment.
    • Implement change-over programs as per production schedule.
    • Ensure compliance with Quality and GMP Standards.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
