    Head Chef

    Description

    • We are looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation, Head Chef.
    • You will be “The Head chief” and maintain complete control of the kitchen.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
    • Coordinating cooks' tasks.
    • Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
    • Designing new recipes, planning menus, and selecting plate presentations.
    • Training kitchen staff, such as cooks, food preparation workers, and dishwashers.

    Operation Manager

    Job Duties

    • Oversees all operations for a hotel, ensuring that everything is up to par and all guests' needs are met.

    • Maintain effective cost controls in all areas.

    • 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role, working in a Hospitality Environment
