    Head Chef

    Job Summary:

    • The Head Chef oversees the entire kitchen operation, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that meet the establishment's standards. Responsible for menu creation, managing kitchen staff, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring an efficient, organized, and innovative culinary environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and design innovative menus in line with restaurant themes and customer preferences.
    • Lead, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs and cooks.
    • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
    • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control of ingredients and supplies.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
    • Control food costs and maximize profitability.
    • Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance skills and performance.
    • Collaborate with management and front-of-house team for smooth service operations.
    • Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate them into menu offerings.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef.

    Facility Manager (Factory)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to take full ownership of the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our factory facility.
    • This role goes beyond routine supervision — the ideal candidate must be hands-on, analytical, and capable of independently identifying issues, proposing solutions, and executing improvements.
    • The Facility Manager will ensure that the factory environment is safe, clean, well-maintained, and operating efficiently at all times. The right candidate must demonstrate initiative, accountability, and strong leadership in coordinating facility operations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Facility Maintenance & Inspections:

    • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify repairs, safety concerns, and maintenance needs before they escalate.
    • Ensure timely resolution of all maintenance-related issues.

    Repairs & Operational Coordination:

    • Coordinate and monitor all repair, servicing, and facility improvement works.
    • Work closely with maintenance, electrical, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations.

    Vendor Management:

    • Source suppliers and contractors for maintenance-related activities.
    • Obtain quotations and compare options based on quality, delivery, and capability (pricing negotiation handled by procurement team).
    • Ensure contractors deliver work according to agreed standards.

    Facility Improvement & Efficiency:

    • Recommend practical, cost-effective improvements to enhance facility safety, performance, and organization.
    • Ensure proper implementation of approved improvement plans.

    Compliance, Safety & Cleanliness:

    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and orderliness across factory premises.
    • Ensure all operations comply with organizational safety policies and relevant regulations.

    Reporting & Documentation:

    • Prepare concise maintenance reports and progress updates for management.
    • Maintain systematic documentation of facility activities, inspections, and completed works.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent in Facility Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in facility management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and contractors.
    • Proven ability to take initiative, think critically, and solve problems independently.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work proactively without constant supervision.
    • Competence in facility inspection, maintenance coordination, and safety oversight.
