    HACCP Officer

    Job Description

    • We are recruiting a HACCP Officer that will be responsible for Quality control while also ensuring that food handlers produce food within the healthiest and most hygienic environment and practices.

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the development, implementation, measurement, maintenance, and monitoring of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), Food Safety programs and sanitation standards that assure quality from raw material approval through finished product.
    • Maintains complete & accurate records for verifying HACCP and Government Compliance Programs.
    • Ensures the highest level of commitment to Safe Quality Food (SQF) in order to provide assurance that all products have been produced, prepared and handled according to the highest possible standards.
    • Develops, implements, monitors and updates the HACCP program and related food safety programs and sanitation standards for Culinary Services to assure safe, wholesome food products for customers.
    • Responsible for monitoring Quality of food and food Safety audits.
    • Investigates quality complaints & documents reports on findings , recommends corrective measures and maintains awareness of current and developing government food regulations
    • Develop and execute training programs that support the Company’s objectives with regard to quality and food safety.


    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with a minimum of 1 year work experience.

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Chef that is highly experienced in the preparation, presentation of African and intercontinental dishes according to best and most professional practices.

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Controlling and directing the food preparation process.
    • Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer.
    • Managing and working closely with other Chefs at all levels
    • Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes, ensuring variety and quality
    • Determining food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering
    • Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food.


    • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with at least 2 years wlork experience.
