    Growth Manager (Radease)

    What’s This Role All About?

    • The Growth Manager is our Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You’ll oversee and inspire our Sales, Customer Experience, Telesales and Marketing teams, ensuring they’re aligned, motivated, and delivering results.
    • This role isn’t just about meeting sales targets—it’s about shaping the future of Radease with bold ideas, flawless execution, and a customer-first mindset.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive Sales & Growth
    • Create and execute winning strategies to bring in new customers and keep existing ones happy
    • Lead initiatives that boost customer retention and increase revenue per user
    • Find innovative ways to expand our presence in key markets

    Lead & Inspire

    • Manage and coach a team of Sales Associates, Customer Experience Specialists, Telesales reps & Marketing Executives
    • Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
    • Set clear goals and ensure the team is always hitting (and exceeding) their targets

    Focus on the Customer

    • Proactively gather feedback from customers to improve services and loyalty
    • Develop after-sales strategies that strengthen relationships and drive repeat purchases
    • Be the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs guide our efforts

    Be Data-Driven

    • Analyze performance metrics to uncover insights and opportunities for growth
    • Report key findings to the CEO and recommend adjustments to keep us ahead of the curve

    • Build frameworks that ensure our growth strategies are scalable and sustainable

    HR Manager (Carbin)

    Job Summary

    • The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes at Carbin Africa, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectives. As a key member of the leadership team, the HR Manager will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, and compliance, contributing to a thriving, high-performing organizational culture. This role requires a visionary, empathetic leader with a strong HR foundation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Talent Acquisition & Management:

    • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles, focusing on high-growth and startup-ready talent
    • Design onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture and operations

    Policy Development & Implementation:

    • Develop, implement, and update HR policies tailored to a dynamic, startup environment while ensuring compliance with local labor laws
    • Establish frameworks for performance appraisals, salary reviews, and career development

    Employee Engagement & Culture:

    • Foster a positive workplace environment by organizing regular employee engagement activities and feedback sessions
    • Drive initiatives that promote inclusivity, collaboration, and a results-oriented culture

    Learning & Development:

    • Strategic Workforce Planning:

    Experience & Expertise:

    • Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in startups, tech organizations, or fast-paced environments
    • HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent are required
    • Proven track record in building or transforming HR functions, particularly in hiring for technical or high-growth roles

    Key Skills:

    • Policy Development: Expertise in creating adaptive HR policies
    • Talent Acquisition: Strong ability to attract and retain top-tier talent, particularly for technical and managerial roles
