    Graphics Designer

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team.
    • The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals and target audiences, develop creative concepts, and translate them into visually appealing designs.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with Internal Teams:

    • Work closely with internal teams to understand project goals and target audiences.

    Design Creation:

    • Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create graphics, layouts, and illustrations.

    Brand Consistency:

    • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
    • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.

     File Preparation:

    • Prepare high-quality files for print and digital use.
    • Ensure all files are ready for production and meet technical requirements.

    Deadline and Budget Management:

    • Meet deadlines and stay within budget constraints.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

    Presentation and Revisions:

    • Present design concepts and revisions to clients and colleagues.
    • Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.

    Trend Awareness:

    • Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.
    • Continuously improve design skills and knowledge.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and experience.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Excellent understanding of design principles (e.g., color theory, typography, layout).
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Social Media/Content Creator Executive

    Responsibilities:

    Social Media Strategy & Management:

    • Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation goals.
    • Stay on top of the latest social media trends and platforms, identifying opportunities to optimize our presence.
    • Manage and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
    • Oversee social media advertising campaigns, analyzing performance and optimizing spend.

    • Use data insights to optimize social media strategies and content creation for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
    • Excellent understanding of social media best practices and content marketing principles.
    • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
