    Graphic Designer

    Responsibilities

    • Design brochures, logos, flyers, banners, promo materials, advertisements and other communication materials
    • Create these materials by hand or by using technology, including software programs, Adobe’s creative suite, including photoshop, illustrator, in-design and any relevant software to the industry.
    • Produce draft design for review by the team and make revisions based on the feedback received
    • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
    • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for illustrations
    • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary
    • Coordinating with the Creative and Ideation team to discuss and determine best design strategyand approach given the context of any project.
    • Work autonomously and effectively to cross-manage multiple projects at one time
    • Stay in front of design and marketing trends that help to generate brand awareness and position our company. Professionals

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND qualification
    • 2 - 4 years of experience.

    Project Site Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Hold meetings regularly to ensure that everything is proceeding according to time and budget restrictions
    • Act as a liaison between the company and vendors, subcontractors and members of the community to ensure smooth working relationship and work proceeds on the different construction sites unhindered
    • Respond to complaints, concerns or requests throughout the project
    • Ensure that all health, safety and legal requirements are being met throughout theprocess
    • Supervise the work done on the construction vigilantly and judiciously to ensure thatmaterials provided are used and accounted for
    • Maintain accurate inventory of the purchase of materials and set up files to ensure that allproject information is appropriately documented and secured.
    • Prepare a weekly and monthly budget on expenditure on the construction site and manage all funds disbursed according to established accounting policies and procedures
    • Ensure that all financial records for the project are updated
    • Negotiate with all vendors, supplies, technical partners, government officials and members of the community for the best prices which balance price and quality/save costs
    • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within the budget and required level.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.

    Quantity Surveyor

    Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

    • Support the Construction department in the delivery of strategic and optimal quantity & price of the materials used for the Projects · Maximize operational efficiency ·
    • Negotiate the best possible value for the Company’s finances while applying mediation skills to keep projects on track even when there are unexpected incidents ·
    • Proper value engineering, reviewing cost to adjust specifications of the Project to meet the Company’s budgets · Carry out valuation for every construction project during the various stages of the Project lifecycle; Initiation, Planning, Execution & Closure phases. ·
    • Draft and create a Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) or a Contract Agreement between the Company and the Contractor.
    • Undertake in-depth market survey regarding prevailing prices of materials for projects with a view to ensuring cost-leadership.
    • Effectively manage stakeholders including engineers, vendors, workers, contractor and subcontractor to deliver the objectives of each project in line with the Organization’s strategic objectives.
    • Build strong relationships with team members, external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration to ultimately achieve the Organization’s corporate objectives.

    Architect

    Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

    • Create rendered designs and extremely detailed drawings with computer-aided design (CAD) applications like Autocad, Revit, 3Dsmax, Lumion, Blender. (Expert Knowledge of these apps are a prerequisite for this job role)
    • Manage project development from pre-design through completion, meeting with clients and consultants, providing insight and assistance, and reviewing and approving consultant contract requests for payment, amendments, extensions of schedule, and contract closeout. (Prerequisite)
    • Lead the coordination of all disciplines to produce a comprehensive and coordinated construction document set that meets the requirements of local building code, ADA, zoning, and any other applicable law
    • Liaise with construction professionals regarding project feasibility, managing issues with environmental impact, town planning legislations, and budget negotiation and preparation
    • Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors, and specialists, and make regular site visits to check on progress

    Objectives of this Role

    • Design, document, and execute multiple simultaneous high-quality projects by collaborating with all internal and external teams
    • Maintain close working relationships with a team of related professionals, including engineers, construction managers, surveyors, and government representatives
    • Cultivate expert knowledge of building products, construction details, regulations, and quality standards, budgets, and timelines
    • Adhere to legal and industry standards in design and building codes, following and setting industry trends and architectural advancements
    • Lead the creation of a conceptual framework for projects, Incorporating company.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a B.Arch Degree with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
