    Graduate Trainee (Mechanical Engineer)

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Graduate Trainee (Mechanical Engineer) to join our team.
    • You will be trained on all stages of our production cycles, from research and design to manufacturing, installation, and evaluation.
    • You will report to the factory manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfill requirements.
    • Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
    • Participate in conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.
    • Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.
    • Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.
    • Writing technical documentation for machine operators.
    • Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations.
    • Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in either Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering with a minimum passing grade of Second Class Honours, Upper Division from a Nigerian university.
    • Our Ideal candidate is aged not more than 28 years old.
    • Should have the ability to communicate technical ideas in a clear manner, both visually and verbally.
    • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • May be required to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays, depending on production schedules.

    Graduate Trainee (Agric Engineering or Production Engineer)

    Job Description

    • We are seeking highly motivated Trainee Agric Engineering or Production Engineering Supervisors to join our dynamic manufacturing team.
    • This critical role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes, ensuring the efficient and safe manufacturing of our agrochemical products, and leading a team of dedicated production personnel.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
    • Monitor staff performance, provide direction, and ensure team adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Ensure that machines, tools, and equipments are functioning properly and request maintenance when needed.
    • Collaborate with planning, quality control, maintenance, and logistics departments to optimize workflow and resolve production issues.
    • Enforce safety and hygiene regulations on the productionfloor; promote a safe working environment.
    • Train new employees and upskill existing team members on production procedures and company standards.
    • Track production metrics such as output, downtime, and wastage; prepare reports for management.
    • Monitor inventory of raw materials and supplies required for production and liaise with the store or procurement team.
    • Handle discipline, timekeeping, and attendance matters in accordance with company policy.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in either Agric Engineering or Production Engineering with a minimum passing grade of Second Class honours, Upper Division from a Nigerian university.
