    General Manager, CDB

    Our client is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven General Manager to direct day-to-day corporate operations, oversee studio production and editorial operations, and drive overall media network monetization and scaling.

    • Reporting directly to the Executive Board and President, the General Manager will translate board-level vision into actionable operational roadmaps, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure high operational performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    Requirements

    • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Media Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master of Business Administration (MBA) or post-graduate media qualification is strongly preferred.
    • Professional Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of progressive corporate experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior executive management, General Manager, or media enterprise leadership role.
