    General Manager, Operations

    Responsibilities

    • Effective and efficient fleet / logistics operations for profitability
    • Improve operational management systems and processes in consonance with best practice Formulate strategic and operational objectives
    • Examine financial data and use them to improve operations and profitability
    • Manage budgets and forecasts
    • Perform quality controls and monitor operational KPIs
    • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
    • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
    • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
    • Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
    • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
    • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
    • Support worker communication with the management.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in any Social Science or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years working experience as General Manager overseeing fleet and logistics operations for effectiveness, efficiency and profitability
    • Proven leadership skills
    • Knowledge in basic finance and budgeting
    • Professional Certification will be of advantage.

    Human Resources Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Taking ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.
    • Consistently recruiting excellent staff
    • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
    • Overseeing and Coordinating Learning and Development (Training) for the company.
    • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
    • Conducting staff performance appraisal.
    • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
    • Maintaining and reporting workplace health and safety compliance.
    • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures
    • Connecting executives with employees, building employer brand, improving employee engagement, and building strategic talent resources plans
    • Handle payroll administration Maintain employee records in tandem with policy and legal requirements.
    • Prepare and amend where necessary HR documents, to include employment contracts and recruitment guides
    • Report regularly on HR metrics, such as turnover
    • Any other responsibilities.

    Requirements

    • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources Management and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role
    • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues

    Experience In:

    • Educating and Coaching staff
    • Conflict Resolution, Disciplinary Processes and Workplace Investigations
    • Maintaining Workplace Privacy
    • The application of Information Technology (computers) for a variety of tasks, especially with competencies in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Making good presentations
    • The deployment of Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws

    Senior Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
    • Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership
    • Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
    • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
    • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirement
    • Handle all payment platform of operations
    • Assist the head of the unit in Weekly and monthly reports
    • Ensure invoices for clients and suppliers are posted on sage platform
    • Ensure reconciliation of clients and suppliers are done promptly
    • Prepare and report-receivables and payables
    • Assist the Unit head in preparation of the company's budget.

    Requirements

    • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
    • Minimum of 4 years' experience in accounting and knowledge around administrative requirements in this role.
    • Chartered Accountant
    • Good standing with relevant professional and regulatory organizations.
    • Familiarity with relevant regulatory compliance requirements for financial transactions and mobile and digital services
    • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
