    General Manager

    About the job

    • We are looking for a General Manager who will support the CEO to achieve these goals by improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company's overall operations.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects, meeting the company’s revenue targets while  overseeing several elements in a business, including hiring staff, operating budgets, and launching promotions that will attract more customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Design strategy and set goals for growth
    • Chief Marketing Officer
    • Control budgets and optimize expenses
    • Recruit and train new hires on business practices
    • Provide leadership and direction to direct reports
    • Deputise for the CEO
    • Drive development of employees
    • Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • University Degree
    • 8 years cognate experience .
    • Experience in planning and budgeting
    • Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
    • Strong analytical ability
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
    • Problem-solving aptitude.

    • Highbrow Living, is looking to employ a Business Development Executive LOCATED IN ABUJA FCT, who can manage the development of new sales leads (advertisements and events) through a variety of channels in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
    • Growing the business through the development of new leads and new contacts
    • Identifying new revenue opportunities
    • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
    • Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
    • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
    • Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
    • Assisting with marketing and promotional projects

    Requirements and qualifications

    • Minimum of a relevant Bachelor's Degree
