    Fund Mobilizer

    Responsibilities:

    • Identifying business opportunities and leveraging on them to grow income
    • Understanding and marketing company products and service
    • Fund mobilization
    • Prepare weekly investment reports, proper record keeping, and filing of documents
    • Work with the team to develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization and retention of deposit and manage withdrawal attrition
    • Provide leadership in implementing business development plans to improve mobilization and retention of deposits, achieve set targets and manage withdrawal attrition
    • Develop and implement a business plan for identified target markets with the prospect to drive high volumes of new deposits to the bank.
    • Build and manage strategic relationships for fixed deposit customers, serving as the single point of contact for new business.

    Requirements:

    • Bsc/HND in Banking, Finance, or a related field
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target
    • Ability to provide strategic marketing input
    • To upsell, manage HNIs accounts, visit Customers, and mobilize funds/ investments.
    • Experience working with a Bank is needed.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • 2-5years experience in a similar role

    • Knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and design principles.
    • Ability to create designs that are optimized for different mediums such as print, digital, and mobile.
    • Experience with prototyping tools, user experience design, and information architecture.
    • Familiarity with web design and development languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Creativity and imagination to develop innovative design solutions.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Open-mindedness and the willingness to receive feedback and constructive criticism.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to find solutions to design challenges.

    Human Resources Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with all internal and external HR-relateduiries or requests.
    • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
    • Manages recruitment process, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
    • Process payroll information to Finance for payment
    • Develop Group Life Insurance document for onward processing to Finance
    • Liaise with HMO service provider towards ensuring quality service delivery is achieved
    • Liaise with other HR teams to ensure all HR processes are properly executed and adhered
    • Ensure all shutdown lists are correctly done and processed to BIRC for appropriate clearance
    • Work with the Union to ensure all union-related issues are properly resolved.
    • Produce and submit weekly activity reports on general HR activities to the Contract Manager
    • Prepares schedules and coordinates Group Life and other insurances for all employees
    • Any other responsibility as may be assigned to you by the Contract Manager and Group Head
    • Human Capital and Admin.

    Requirements:

    • HND or degree holder in a related discipline
    • Minimum of 10 years of cognate experience
    • Professional certification is an advantage
    • A Commitment to Ongoing HR Learning.
    • Communication Skills in Human Resources
    • Critical Thinking Skills
