    Front Desk Officer

    Job Description

    • As Front Desk Officer, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, answering all calls and directing as needed, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Responsible for managing the ambience of the Front Office/Reception area as well as Meeting Rooms.
    • Responsible for warmly receiving guests in the office.
    • Receive, sign for, and distribute mails and delivered packages from courier companies or other sources.
    • Management of e-mail correspondences and enquiries from internal and external clients via the Client Service group e-mail address.
    • Responsible for handling incoming calls to the official telephone number from clients, prospects and vendors.
    • Implementation of developed service standards to ensure that clients’ confidence in Norrenberger’s understanding of their specific requirements and objectives is maintained.
    • Receive and log client complaints, determine the cause of the complaint, explain possible resolutions to the client, follow up with responsible internal parties to ensure resolution and escalation to the Unit Lead where necessary.
    • Responsible for managing client birthday information and contacting clients on their special days to aid bonding of the organization to clients.
    • Responsible for handling client and prospect enquiries via the online chat platform.
    • Attract potential clients by answering product and service questions, and suggesting the best suited products/services to meet the client’s objectives

    Requirements

    • First Degree in Business Administration or a related course
    • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Client Services/Front Desk Management.

    Client Service / Operations Liaison Officer

    Job Description

    • As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for customers and ensuring prompt resolution of complaints and inquiries.

    You will also:

    • Manage client inquiries, ensuring proper investigation and timely resolution that is compliant with departmental standards
    • Develop and maintain client portfolios through regular calls and physical interactions, as needed
    • Provide clients with transactional and inquiry activity scorecards and host review calls with clients related to productivity and usage of self-service tools
    • Inform customer about problems (system failures, market issues) and provide regular resolution updates Escalate customer feedback, processing delays and errors appropriately
    • Maintain knowledge of new market and regulatory requirements affecting client portfolio / base
    • Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution
    • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused toward that mission
    • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
    • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
    • Keep ahead of the industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in Business Administration or a related course
    • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Client Service Management
    • Financial Services industry experience preferred.

    Halal Investment Sales Officer

    Job Description

    • As a Halal Investment Analyst, you will identify and create new businesses in volume and value according to set target, sell Norrenberger products Investment products with major focus on driving existing ethical investment products while assisting the HID team to develop new products.

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the Head, Halal Investment Division to review and develop annual activity plans for Islamic Investment business
    • Identify and negotiate Islamic business opportunities and develop specific plans to acquire business in order to increase Islamic business portfolio in line with business targets.
    • Identify and mobilize investments from both individual and corporate entities
    • Coordinate with various functions within the organisation for structuring of products in line with client requirements to ensure that shariah compliant solutions are offered to clients, while increasing profitability.
    • Create new businesses and relationships according to set target
    • Support product team in the development and implementation of new Islamic Investment products and services.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Sales required with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Islamic Finance and Products
    • Strategy development, monitoring and execution.
    • Good track record of Business development
    • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services
