This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Officer based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome at all times.
The role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries and reservations, assisting with administrative duties, coordinating guest services, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the reception area.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Front Desk Operations, Receptionist Duties, or Customer Service
Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in handling Office Equipment and basic administrative tasks
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong customer relationship and hospitality skills
Previous experience in hospitality, residential services, or hotel management is an added advantage
