    Front Desk Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a friendly, efficient and experienced Front Desk Officer to manage our front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients and visitors
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients and visitors
    • Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
    • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred

    Job Description

    • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing.
    • Ensure all rooms are cared for and ready for use at all times.

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Client Service Manager to lead our client services team and drive business growth. As Senior Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships and driving revenue growth.     Qualifications

    • Must possess Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field
    • Experience working with top brands.
    • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
    • Certification in project management or marketing.

    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful client strategies.
