    Admin manager

    Maintain existing registrations such as NAFDAC, SON, AMAC etc.

    Requirements

    • Basic knowledge of Compliance required and knowledgeable in establishing and maintaining existing registrations such as NAFDAC, SON, AMAC etc.
    • Experience in the manufacturing or Beauty(skincare) industry.

    Production Trainer

    • Adapt training materials in order to fit the local context and enhance content of existing training support documents as and when required.
    • Deliver product training to Staff in line with the sales cycles and training priorities.
    • Deliver induction and specific training to grow and develop the Company's Staff.
    • Organize constant motivation gathering.
    • Develop and motivate members of staff through training and coaching.
    •  Identify and provide feedback for future training needs.
    •  Work closely with management on visual displays for seasonal change
    •  Manage and maintain the day-to-day visual merchandising in department stores and shops
    •  Work closely with Marketing Executive on window and interior display, visual merchandising materials.
    • Knowledge in skincare formulation.

    Requirement:

    • HND and B.SC of relevant field.

    Retail Supervisor

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Monitor shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
    • Investigate market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
    • Motivate employees to achieve targets.
    • Train new staff members and scheduling shifts.
    • Address customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
    • Oversee salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
    • Manage finances and preparing an annual budget.
    • Keep records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
    • Evaluate the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
    • Implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.

    Requirements:

    • B.sc in business administration or relevant field.
    • Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar.
    • Extensive experience with preparing budgets, and financial and expense reports.
    • Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing software.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
