    Data Processing Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Accurately and efficiently encodes information in the user application based on received insurance documents, business rules, and other related or similar references.
    • Checks the information quality of documents and ensures that these are properly registered in the system.
    • Checks completeness of worksheet and other related documents prepared by Head of Departments and give feedback if necessary before encoding the details in the user application system.
    • Maintaining comprehensive records of all data processing activities conducted by the company, including the purposes of all processing activities, which must be made public on request
    • Reports to Management any breach of integrity, solicitation for, or offer of, an improper payment.

    Requirements / Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
    • Minimum experience of 2 - 4 years working experience in the same capacity
    • Must be familiar with agile execution of data science projects
    • Must enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
    • Ability to analyse data, interpret and evaluate results, and generate reports.

    Construction Foreman

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for an ambitious Construction Foreman for one of our Clients. The main responsibility of the Foreman will be to manage and coordinate construction projects.
    • We are expecting the candidate to have a solid experience in construction, outstanding leadership personality and ability to make decisions in complex situations.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals.
    • Produce employee and project schedules and adhere to relevant safety regulations
    • Manage and monitor members attendance and work
    • Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors
    • Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment
    • Monitor expenditures and ensure that the project is staying on or under budget
    • Peacefully resolve any emerging problems and issues
    • Allocate and delegate responsibilities
    • Supervise, train and give feedback to workers
    • Ensure labour and other resources necessary
    • Prepare and present Project Progress Report to superiors.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND in Civil Engineering or any related field. Additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage
    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience.
    • Excellent knowledge of construction operations and equipment
    • Experience and knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
    • Familiarity with blueprints
    • Good time-management skills
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Must be ready to travel within the country
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Critical-thinker and problem-solver with good math skills
    • Good physical condition and stamina

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Master's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or Estate Management
    • Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers or any other relevant professional body is obligatory
    • Large portfolio management experience
    • Not more 45Years old.
    • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar position, 5 years should be at Senior Management level.

    Facility Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are recruiting to fill the role of a Facility Manager for one of our Clients
    • The Facilities Manager will oversee all building and grounds maintenance for the company the company's properties.

    Job Responsibilities
    Property Strategy:

    • Planning building maintenance and operational programs
    • Suggest initiatives to improve operating practices, such as increasing efficiency
    • Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives

    Space Management:

    • Allocate offices / buildings space according to needs
    • Managing all vendor contracts

    Building Maintenance:

    • Inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
    • Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
    • Supervision of estate maintenance services such as refuse collection, sewage disposal, Estate Street cleaning, and fumigation

    Contract Management:

    • Negotiating bids and contracts for third party workers
    • Review and inspect services carried out for quality, accuracy and completion
    • Maintain service logs and schedules to ensure effective evaluation of services
    • Carry out pre and post inspections of reactive repairs jobs within agreed timescales.

    Health and Safety:

    • Identify hazards and assess risk on designated housing unit.
    • Communicate safety and health requirements needed.

    Testing and Inspections:

    • Responsible for undertaking the inspection of properties during and after the defects liability period
    • Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
    • Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience as a Facility Officer.
    • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
    • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
    • Goal-oriented, organized team player
    • Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
